Ingredients You’ll Need

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons chopped onions

2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoon chopped capsicum (bell pepper)

1 tablespoon grated cheese (optional)

A pinch of salt

A pinch of black pepper

A pinch of red chili flakes (optional)

1 teaspoon milk (for extra fluffiness)

½ teaspoon butter or oil (to grease the mug)

1. Grease the Mug: Lightly

brush butter or oil inside a microwave-safe mug.

 

2. Add Ingredients: Crack two eggs into the mug. Add milk, salt, pepper, and all chopped veggies.
