Step 1 – Prepare the Dough
1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt.
2. Slowly add water, a little at a time, and knead until you get a smooth, soft dough.
3. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and set it aside to rest while you prepare the stuffing.

Step 2 – Make the Paneer Filling
1. In a bowl, mix grated paneer, chopped chili, coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Mix well so the flavors combine evenly.
Step 3 – Assemble the Paratha
1. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small ball.
2. Roll out one portion into a small circle.
3. Spoon some paneer filling into the center of the rolled dough.
4. Bring the edges together to seal and flatten gently.
5. Roll out again into a medium-sized paratha.
Step 4 – Cook the Paratha
1. Preheat a tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat.
2. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook for 30–40 seconds.
3. Turn the paratha, gently spread ghee or oil, and cook until golden-brown spots appear on both sides.
4. Repeat on the other side, ensuring both sides are cooked well.
