Aloo Tikki ek popular desi snack hai jo har age group ko pasand aata hai. Ye crispy on the outside aur soft on the inside hoti hai. Agar aapko quick aur easy recipe chahiye, to ye recipe aapke liye perfect hai!

Ingredients:
4 medium boiled potatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour or bread crumbs (for binding)
Oil for shallow frying
1. Boil and mash potatoes:
Pehle potatoes ko boil karke achhi tarah mash kar lein, taki smooth texture ho.
2. Mix spices and ingredients:
Mashed potatoes mein finely chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander leaves, salt aur cornflour ya breadcrumbs add karein.
Sab kuch achhi tarah mix karein taki mixture sticky aur bind ho jaye.
3. Shape the tikkis:
Mixture ke chhote portions lekar round ya slightly flat tikkis bana lein.
Tikki ka size medium rakhein taki fry karte waqt evenly cook ho.
4. Shallow fry tikkis:
Non-stick pan mein thoda oil garam karein.

Tikkis ko medium flame par dono sides se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
Zyada high flame par mat fry karein, warna bahar jal sakti hai aur andar raw rahegi.
5. Serve hot:
Garma-garam aloo tikki ko green chutney, tamarind chutney ya tomato ketchup ke saath serve karein.
