Ingredients

Carrot – 1, finely chopped

Green beans – 7 to 8, sliced

Cabbage – ½ cup, shredded

Tomato – 1, diced

Onion – 1, finely diced

Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves, crushed

Ginger – ½ inch piece, grated

Green peas – ¼ cup

Salt – as needed

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Water – 3 cups

Olive oil or ghee – 1 teaspoon

Method (How to Make)

1. Heat olive oil in a pan.

2. Add onion, ginger, and garlic. Sauté for a minute.

3. Add carrot, beans, cabbage, peas, and tomato. Stir for 2–3 minutes.

4. Pour in water and add salt. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Once vegetables turn soft, switch off the heat.

6. Sprinkle black pepper and add lemon juice before serving hot.
